1DES operates online software as a service including the website 1DES.com and social media platforms. Payment Services.
1DES uses stripe to process the transactions. Any information related to the payment is processed directly by their servers and we do not collect payment details or personal information linked to the payments.
Social Media
1DES manages social media networks and messengers for contact and assistance. We may additionally collect information available in profiles of third party products and services, such as in messengers, social networks, cryptocurrency exchanges, or wallets if you provide us such data or use such products and services on your own action.
We do not knowingly collect any data from individuals under 18 years of age.

Website users, by cookies and tags, when they visit or explore our website. This knowledge assists 1DES to control its internal operations, including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research, statistical and survey purposes. The browser will notify the user about cookies.
Users, who have an account on a third-party service such as exchanges or wallets and add API keys for this service to our platform. With express permission, we collect any personal information given by the client in connection with the API keys.
